My room was well-appointed and pet-friendly thanks to the excellent staff. The hotel's location was lovely and beautiful, short walk to the harbour within the heart of Whitby, the centre close to lots of restaurants and bars and a working pub. I found The Red Lion offering shots and different drinks 2 km of the venue.

Overall it was fabulous, with a private bathroom. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, view of the bay was absolutely fabulous. The location was stunning, adjacent to pedestrian area, the side of the sea, and shops, restaurants and attractions, in a pretty quiet area.
